    clicking noise when stood still in reverse

    hi guys ive just recentley purchased a a xf 2.2 r sport ,car is lovely apart from when i select reverse stood still there seem to be a nocking noise which gets faster the harder i press the brake peddle its seems to sound under right hand side of under the bonnett ,anyone got any ideas how to rectify please
