  1. H,i I have a 94 XJ 40 with only one key. I would like to have a copy made and did see someone advertising a key cutting service where you sent photos of the key from different angles, have done a search on forum but nothing showed up. Is anyone aware of who offers this service? Also I believe this car may have ana infra red type of fob system fitted as there is a large red light type of thing on the dashboard. The car did not come with afob and I was wondering if it is possible to have a fob supplied and made to work with the installed system or would I need a completely new system installed. Many thanks for any advice, Phil
  2. Many thanks for your welcomes and suggestions, by the way there is no glove box on my model its an airbag! Next question, where will I find the colour code label on a 1994 xj40? Also anyone any idea which fuse supplies the cd changer in the boot? no power at plug? Cheers Phil
  3. Hi to all, just to say hello from frozen Lancashire. My newly acquired XJ40 is tucked away until spring but have a few questions you may have answers too. will check through forum to see if any already here but in meantime here is first and most curious? The passenger side glove box does not have a key hole and cannot see a switch, how do you open it? Or is there no glove box there? Cheers and all the best Phil
