    jaguar xf 20 plate not playing usb stick music problem

    hi my car has problems playing or recognising tracks from my usb stick the usb stick is fat 32 and contains a mixture of mp3 and wav files when I insert it into my wifes ford kuga it shows 650 tracks and they all give the name of the the tracks in my car it only shows as being 400 tracks and some or indeed lots the title of the tracks/artist is blank any ideas ? and is there a way to reset the system without disconnecting the battery / thanks guys
