  1. Hi all, I have a 2001 XKR Convertible 4 litre (Petrol) since new, always serviced etc. etc. My car failed MOT on emission levels of 136 Green line for pass being 130. Put REDEX into engine to clean fuel injector system, still same reading of 136! Catalytic Converter fine, was suggested need a Lambda Sensor came up on diagnostics. Please assist, what one do I need? My Garage, head man very bad mood with his team today - no-one talking to him!!!!! I would like to get car on road again in the near future. Thank you in anticipation. Eddy Dr. Edward Diget.
  2. Good morning all. I am a new member needing advice please. I have had this car from new and is serviced regulary kept pristeen as per photo. My side wing pannel has started going 'bubbly' so decided to put in my garage for last three months (SORN), as weather has been so bad to dry out. I had a trickle charger onto battery, being a year old, A few days ago, tried to start car, working perfectly before then, engine tried to turn over, but would not fire. Took to garage replaced all plugs. "Car wil not fire" turns over but will not fire up as you would expect. My Garage unfortunaty who have served me well on this car does not have time to 'strip' car if required being a relativly small, but excellent garage.Any member have a view on what it could be please? Keep safe Eddy
