  1. Hi everyone. Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere but I wasn't able to find the same question being asked. A while back when I first bought my E-Pace I just went with whoever was a cheapest and didn't have entirely terrible reviews for my insurance. Later when I needed some repairs through them. They insisted that I use a local repair shop which was not on the Jaguar approved list. When I spoke to Jaguar directly they advised against this and said it would invalidate any warranties I had on the vehicle. If I wanted the repairs carried out by an approved workshop, I'd have to pay the difference in the two quotes. Less excess and some other charge for choosing my own repairer. So I moved to Jaguar Insurance, which was quite a bit more expensive but did provide the guarantee that any repairs carried out would only be done at an approved workshop. This year it seems Jaguar Insurance have closed their doors to new enquiries and have tripled my quote for a renewal. I think it's their way of telling me to go elsewhere. I'm now finding it quite difficult to identify insurance companies that guarantee repairs to be carried out by a Jaguar approved workshop. Most seem to offer only repairers approved by themselves. Which could be anyone. Does anyone have any experience or advice on who I might speak to?
