have you checked the earth?

Hi, appreciating this is more than a year ago but is the vehicle still available?

Warning light has come on, been reset and back on again. Fault code says EGR valve. Having checked the interweb there isn't much to say where to squirt some cleaner to try and clean it out (Wynns Diesel EGR 3). Has anyone had any experience of this please. Thanks in advance

I am on the lookout for a Series 3 car which has reached the end of its life and would like to continue it in a new body. It would need to have a V5 and ideally engine number matching this. Engine wise it needs to be good but bodywork isn't important as it will be built into a new Jaguar body. If anyone knows of one for sale and or good places for me to contact it would be much appreciated. I'm sure it will be sacrilege to some but rather that than melted down for scrap. Thanks in advance.
