    Limp mode

    Hi guys I have a 2.1 litre Xtype, we have rebuilt the gearbox and replaced worn sensors also some brake seals. The car now runs very well but two things I'm encountering. When in slow moving traffic the gears go to 3rd gear so I suspect limp mode. If I turn her off and restart her she runs great again until as stated I meet slow moving traffic. The other is when the later happens the ABS light flashers and the brake pedal gets hard but goes back to normal when the ABS light goes off. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks Mike
