    H all i'm Chris, 4 months ago i bought a Jaguar xe rsport 2.0 diesel a lovely car and have been very pleased with it up until a couple of day's ago. My alarm went off and wouldn't turn off, i jumped in the car and started it and had all sorts of warnings on my dash, long story short, i called a auto electrician who found the problem, water was getting in, the driver side footwell is wet and this has gotten in to the ecu which now has to be replaced. He told me this was quite common with my car and suggested water was getting in through the cowling running at the bottom of my window screen and dripping down behind the dash. Has anyone else had this problem? and any suggestions on how to fix it or get it fixed?
