    Timing cover v reg 3.0 v6

    Hello everybody. Does anyone know if you have to remove the sump before you can take the front timing cover off, i have a repair cd,but the diagram on the cd says the cross member and the oil pan has to be removed. Can anyone tell me if this is correct. Regards Chris
