  1. Hello John, thanks for your reply, l am going to call into my local garage for a diagnostics result, just took the car there for the MOT seems a decent bloke, see how that goes, strange about the radio though, usually manage through trial and error to fix small issues as they arise, but as you say, l need to pinpoint the cause or just keep throwing money at maybe faults. Took the car to an independent jag specialist in Milton Keynes once for a problem, very good very reasonable but a fair distance away, could be another visit there l think! Thanks again John.
  2. Hi everybody, I'm completely new to this but having looked around your site, feel with your enthusiasm and great wisdom someone could help or advise on my troubles. I have owned the XF for six years and although the car and l have had various disagreements, ( not wanting to start being just one) it still brings a smile to my face when l look at it. Anyway enough nostalgia, the problem is an old chestnut, intermittent reversing camera. The camera and all front and rear sensors stopped working suddenly, having done a little research l decided to renew the boot tailgate loom using a genuine Jaguar part, l now still have the original problem but have lost the radio as well now. Could anyone suggest anything before l have to take it to the moneypit of the dealership. Any help much appreciated, thanks.
