Thanks for the reply Peter. I've never heard of this before either hence the post. I've tried re-pairing the phone but no joy. Screen tells me the phone is connected but when i call it phone rings as if not connected. Sat nav works as normal as does climate control so not the unit. Going to have a closer look tomorrow and I'll post results later

Just received a call in the car no problem. However when ending the call the radio no longer comes back on and car now won't recognise my phone. Have switched off ignition and restarted but radio/CD no longer works and car doesn't recognise phone. Message on the screen telling me to contact dealer. Anybody experienced this problem before. Thanks in advance Paul
