    Hi just got my first jaguar 2000 3 ltr s type and took it for a little run didn't get far Cars has a miss fire and it started to over heat got too last mark on temp gauge and then back to half way kept doing this and engine management came on then it went off when temp came back down I'm thinking that it could be sticking thermostat and a faulty ignition coil pack Don't have a dianostic tool Location Cleveland
