Tried it again today without air con on did around 20 miles and no smell, no leak...nothing...turn air con on and if i remain idle within 10 minutes there is a strong smell of petrol and what seems like a small waterfall of fuel coming from approx. underneath passenger sill..its defiantly petrol and not gas (I'm on both) and it only happens when air con is on Thanks Dave

Hi my s type is dumping what smells like petrol when I'm idling/stationary...only seems to do this when engine is running and I'm stationary. Also air con seems to be smelling a bit like petrol to at times and seems to not work on accessions...could the 2 be linked? does air con use petrol?...hoping someone can advise before i just put it in garage thanks
