if somehow the binnacle light circuit was damaged would it stop centre consol lighting and would replacement binnacle make a difference

the dimmer works the trip screen but nothing else lights not even centre consol except clock/radio and heat setting screen

was any binnacle non illuminated

ok removed cluster and no damaged cables also changed light stalk and still not working, not even centre column for ac/heating, stereo etc

Problem solved, both rubber pipes from sunroof were disconnected and stuck to roof of car, god knows why but I've reattached and jubilee clipped for good measure lol

also headliner is stained/damaged, can get 1 at breakers but how difficult are they to replace

can tube be reattached

ok car had a water leak on passengers side headliner were it joined a pillar trim (curtain airbag soaking wet) then drivers side same started so I sealed rubber to sunroom with black mastic so it still opens and now passengers side isn't wet but drivers is worse than b4 (soaking most of trim, dripping down in couple o places and curtain airbag soaking), so can anyone point me in rite direction?

were would I look at wires

checked all fuses and none blown also notice water running down a pillar n dripping into footwell on passengers side (curtain and a pillar airbags damp)

hey I jumped in motor tho morning and noticed rev, temp, fuel and speed gauge not lit up at all but warning lights worked, I also tryed the dimmer but no difference so is there a fuse or anything?

I have just got my new s type but in need of passengers front wing so i was wondering if there was any wanted sections on the forum?
