    Advice needed on purchasing an XKR regarding performance

    Hi I'm new to the group and i'm planning on buying a 2000 model XKR Took a look at the car but could only take it for a test drive in heavy traffic I'm a bit unsure what the performance should be like and thought the car was a bit sluggish as I had to work the accelerator where on my current Jag XJ you just touch the pedal and you know its going to fly So I was just wondering if there could be any issues with supercharger or engine and is there anything I should look out for
