    Rough Running all the time

    Hi Peter Thanks for the advice. The fault codes are as below. P0100 - Mass or Volume Air Flow CircuitP0510 - Closed throttle position switch P0010 - Intake Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit / Open (Bank 1)P1000 - OBD II cycle not completed Has anyone any ideas or advice on what to do nextcheers john

    Rough Running all the time

    Hi All I am totally new to forums so please bear with me. I have recently bought a 2005 x-type 2ltr diesel. Running fine for the first week,Then engine light came on has run rough since.Engine sounds like a bag of nails and surging on tick over but runs fine on the road until ecu light comes on if you restart then drives ok but still is rough on idle. I have had it read and the faults are below. tps low reading egr high voltage cam sensor. The mechanic cleaned egr valve but fault still exists. Is there anyone that can advise me. Cheers John
