Hi, Hope someone can help with this, as a new owner of an X-Type (58 plate) it had me rattled! Driving home (45 minute journey) a yellow warning light appeared on the dash, the heater plug 'spring' light was flashing and a 'gearbox fault' warning appeared on the display. I've only had the car two months, and treat it with respect, it has a full service history and has only done 52k miles. I made it home (phew) and turned the car off, waited a minute and turned it back on again with no sign of the fault. (?????) I have driven it again for work today with no problems. My query is: is this a pre-warning of something worse to come or could it have been a faulty sensor? or something else? Hope the experienced and sage advice of everyone on here can help! Hi from a (new) X-Type owner! I was searching how to connect my i-phone to the bluetooth facility in my x-type when I came across a post from MSMickSmith, the information provided was just what I was looking for to connect my i-phone. Unfortunately when I followed the link it kep coming up as an error. I also went to the ISimple site seperately but could not find the product. I appreciate the post was over 12 months ago, but does anyone have any information on the product / where I can get it / if there is a latest alternative. Now that I have found you I will be checking back regularly - great site! Thanks Geoff
