I recently bought an XE R Sport 2.0d with premium paint. I see the Jaguar brand as iconic and in Australia they are not that common. Unfortunately it has been the worst experience of my life. The car has 3 significant paint defects in the premium paint, it has a dent in the B pillar between the doors that has been painted over and the rear spoiler is fitted off center. After trying to contact Jaguar Australia for over 2 months they have finally called back to offer me a smash repairer to respray my brand new car. I said no, and they have said nothing else can be done. Jaguar Australia has effectively sold me a factory second at a new car price and are now laughing at me. I'm not happy that Jaguar have kicked an own goal by allowing all these defects to slip through, but to be treated like a nobody by Jaguar Australia with little contact and this is what we offer take it or leave it is unbelievable for such an iconic brand. Has anybody else had such a poor experience with Jaguar. It has turned me off so much Jaguar Australia have left me no choice but to go back and recommend to friends, family and colleagues German Cars.
