Nikasil engines

Hello everyone is there any way I can find out if the Nikasil engine in my 1997 XK8 had the bore issue resolved, there is nothing in the service book to say that it had, the reason being is that I am trying to sell the car and the most common question I am asked is this. I feel sure that with 114,000 miles on the clock surely if there where any problems they would have come to light by now, any help would be greatly appreciated best regards Lance.
