Hi everyone,

This is my first post and it is a plea for help!

I have an issue with my 1996 XK8 in that sometimes I lose all the instruments except for the clock.

The car starts OK and runs OK but without instruments I can't run it for long or drive it anywhere.

I looked at the manuals etc. and found that there is a fuse that covers these instruments, so thinking that it might be faulty I went to change it. The location of the fuse is in the left hand passenger heel board fuse box.

My problem is that my car does not have a passenger compartment heel board fuse box. I have removed the carpet and the rear seat base and there is no sign of a fuse box.

If anyone can shed any light on this for me it would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
