New X-type owner

Featured Replies

Hello all!

I've just become the owner of an X-type estate, 2.5 V6 AWD.

I'm absolutely loving it at the moment, it's fully loaded and the interior is spotless. A few age related marls on the body work, but nothing too much of an issue and I'll get round to sorting it out in the coming months.

It's had a full Jag service history and is still relatively low mileage for the age. Mechanically, it's been well looked after. The engine is smooth, as is the auto gearbox, and it sounds great too.

From an owners perspective, is there anything that I should be paying any special attention to?

Also, I would like to be able to connect my phone to the Stereo/Satnav so I can play music, however there's no aux in (as far as I can tell). How have people managed to get round that?

All in all I'm pleased with my new Jag and look forward to taking it on a few trips out.

Thanks!
