Hi all,

.          I am brand new to this site but was very impressed with the information I was able to pick up from all the knowledge of the members. Well I have just bought my x type 2007 plate, I have had x types in the past and have always loved them.

after looking on the forum I was able to follow the instructions to pair my phone something that I have never been able to do in the past. So a big thank you for that. The problem I have got is that when using the hand free it calls and answers with no trouble, I can hear the person on the call but they can't hear me. Not sure if the Mike is connected or I need to do something to connect it. Or indeed this is a common fault and the Mike needs replacing. Would much appreciate any advice guidance from all your knowledge to get this feature up and running something I have never had in my previous 4 x types. I will express my thanks in advance and hope to get some positive feed back.

Hi Danny....welcome to the Club

I do believe it is paired okay then the settings may need altering on the phone more so than the car...worth playing with the settings to find out if it works I suppose....nothing to lose

Good to have you onboard
