XK Radio Failure

Just bought a 2009 XK convertible and the radio doesn't function. On both FM and AM it searches constantly but never finds a station and, on DAB, it finds some stations, but then says no connection (or it plays for a short period and then stops).

Any suggestions?

Bought from a dealer and so am now trying to get them to repair this, but you know how difficult that can be............
