Which car do I go for?

Featured Replies

Hi all. I'm new to the forum and although I don't own one yet, I am putting some serious consideration into buying an XKR.

I would like to know people's views on which version (either the X100 or X150) would be the better option with a view of retaining or gaining value as a future classic.

I prefer the looks of the X100 and would probably go for the 4.2. This one to me seems to be the car that would be more desirable in the future. But with the better performance of the X150, is that something worth considering? And if so, is the 4.2 or the 5.0 the better option?

Thanks in advance. I've heard good things about this owners club and look forward to your helpful advice 🙂

Hello M4ttD!  If you are still considering a prospect Daimler or Jaguar car to become a Classic, suggest  you go for my Classic Daimler 2008, Super8, Supercharged, V8 w/400 HP Sedan would be a better choice 🧐. Read Daimler Wikipedia for history of this brand and If interested in my Daimler and its background, please contact me at: [email protected]
