Steering wheel not adjusting

Greetings

Kindly help me with the adjustment of the steering wheel.

I went to the electrician who solved a DCS fault by computer, which took him almost 2 hours. Unfortunately, I found that the electronic switch that controls the steering wheel is not working in any direction.

I checked the fuses, and all are working. Also I couldn't find a manual tool to adjust the steering wheel.

It shall be mentioned that my brother was at maintenance centre later on and they removed the airbag cover in the wheel to check the electricity wires attached to the cruise control buttons.

He informed me that the steering wheel were totally removed during their work.

It shall be mentioned that after it...he noticed that when turning the switch into the auto...the message column adjust appear normally on the screen...but the wheel is not adjusting at all.

Note 1: during normal driving no issues with the wheel.

Note 2: today after removal of the driver seat..I hear the sound of the seat once I plug in / out the key.

Please help me with a way to reset the steering wheel 🙏
