Hi it has been a long time since i have been on here so if this question is in the wrong place sorry , I  am in the process of buying a 2005 x type estate 2.2 diesel it apparently black smoke smokes on acceleration but it will then clear and comes back i am getting this information of the owner who as usual is not a mechanic. I have been a mechanic myself for 50 odd years now but i need a pointer were to go IE injectors / pump egr or worse case scenario any ideas thanks in advance
