Looking for Advise

Featured Replies

I am looking to import a 97/98 XK8 from the UK to Australia, i have located a couple of options, 1 being a 98 with 45k miles on the clock with original timing chain tensioners at 11k GBP the other a 97 with 78k miles on the clock with updated chain tensioners for 9.5k GBP.

I would be interested in hearing any suggestions / comments regarding what would be considered the best option, given the cost to import.

Cheers

Mick

Less general wear on the engine and running gear on the 45k model, also was the work done by a Jaguar specialist on the 75k one?

If I had this decision to make I would buy the 45k car and go to a specialist for the work. Only my opinion.
