X-Type Audio/Voice Steering Wheel Control 4X4314K1

Good evening all,

Can anyone tell me if the steering wheel control module (see below) that has the voice activation/audio buttons on it, is a usual problem as mine does not work at all.

Also, can anyone tell me how to remove it from the steering wheel as I have a replacement to try to see if that works.

On mine the volume and other wheel works as does the source button but the voice button acts as a mute button.

I was told , If you have the blue tooth module It works and if you don't then the buttons do sod all.
