Missing Tool?

Hi all,

Inside the boot of my 2005 X Type saloon, there is a black plastic holder which on the left side houses the towing eye, but on the right, there appears to be something missing, can anybody tell me what it is?

I have same car and year, mine has the locking nut key in that space
