Driver wing mirror smashed

Some hooligan smashed the backing (and glass) on the drivers wing mirror. What I thought would be simple to replace is proving impossible. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement backing? Its a 2006 X150 in black.

Hi Julian, you could try one of the specialist Jaguar Breakers such as Euro Jag, they currently list full replacement wing mirrors for the X-150 models. The link below should take you there safely.

Thank you, great suggestion and I will certainly keep that link for future problems. Unfortunately they currently only have passenger side. I have found Jaguar have a classic parts section and hopefully I have bought the right part from there. I will probably have to paint it but at least it should fit.
