2005 JAGUAR XKRS - Stop Lights Popping 5amp Fuse in Trunk.

I'm getting the message to "Check Rear Lights" and its the lower stop lights (in the guards) not working.

The High Mounted Stop Light works fine so I assume it cant be a faulty Stop Light Switch

The globes and the relay are ok, does anyone have any clues.

Could it be the Security and Locking Control Module located under the fuse box?

I notice the wiring for the lower stop lights goes through this module on there way to the globe.
