2018 Jaguar F Pace

Featured Replies

I parked my 2018 F-Pace for most of the summer, only driving it to the dealership for service. About a month ago, I took it in for some work, and everything was running perfectly. After picking it up, I drove it home with no issues. Three days later, I drove it to work, and it was still running fine. However, when I tried to start it after work, it wouldn’t start.

The lock and unlock buttons on the key fob work, and the interior lights turn on, but the start button doesn’t respond. I had the car towed back to the dealership, and it’s been there for a month now. They still can’t figure out what’s wrong.

Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, what was the issue? The dealership is charging me an hourly diagnostic fee, and at this point, the costs are adding up to more than the car is worth. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
