2004 XJR Restricted Performance nightmares.

152k miles runs 10/10 until your into the higher rpms.  Makes ping noise loses power slightly then slams into rest perf.  New plugs, coils, all 4 02 sensors, fuel press is great. CE flashed with rest perf for 30 sec then all goes back to normal.

OK new info. Smoked the car fixed EVRY single leak, all with new rubber lines, got rid of ALL lean codes, car runs 100% until you rip on it then I get restricted perf, jujust check scanner i FINALLY have pending codes, the entire bank drives side random misfires 2-4-6-8 and codes po1214 and 1216 which is basically the rest perf kicking in.
