Hi all, Steve here, just joined and hoping to get some feedback regarding a bit of a mystery.

I am doing a refurb of the front suspension on my XKR X100, 2002MY.  I have the upper wishbone fulcrum bolt out and to my surprise it has a larger diametre at the bolt end...  Never seen that before.

The diametre is the same as the diametre of the inner sleeve of the new bushing, but the existing bushing's sleeve fits over it...  So the two upper bushings have different diametres.  Everything I have read states they are same bush front and rear.

Any ideas??  I am guessing (and it really is a guess) that once upon a time an inner sleeve got fused to the fulcrum and instead of replacing the fulcrum a suitable bush was sourced.

Anyways, I guess I have to either purchase a new fulcrum bolt or put this one on a lath and turn it to the correct diametre.

What do you chaps think?

Any input appreciated!
