DSC Not Available, ABS Fault error message

I have a 2005 XJ8L and periodically I get an error message "ABS Fault, DSC Not Available". I do not know what signals it but it will go away after a restart or sitting off for awhile. When I took it in to the mechanic it wasn't showing the error so they couldn't investigate. Any ideas what is causing this message?

If it appears mostly after a start after a period of inactivity then i would suggest the battery voltage is getting a bit low.

Keep an eye on it and see if that's when it mostly comes.
