Being looking to buy a 2005 X-type for a while now, I've almost gone snow blind, looking at a mumber, Could someone explain the difference in the front bumpers, I've seen two blanking covers just next, below the lights, 1 each side on models 2004 onwards (i'm looking at 2.5 awd models), yet today for the 1st time I saw these on a 2002 model 2,5 sport with sat nav.

When did these appear ie what reg year

are there for a certain model

i would say that they are most probably headlight washer jet covers mate, but im no expert on these so maybe someone with headlight washers could help here?

Deffo headlamp washers, usually came with the winter pack (heated front screen, heated front seats, headlamp washers) was also standard with xenon headlamps too.
