Buying help..specs!!

Featured Replies

Hi there,

I'm new...so Hi!

I'm considering purchasing a early S-Type, most likely in 3.0 SE Spec. I drove one a while ago that had a rear electric blind in the parcel shelf. Is this standard?

Is there a definitive list anywhere of standard equipment for each model spec?

Thanks in advance!!!

Chris

Ok, I've got to the bottom of the above question...

Next...can the rear blind be retro fitted?

The rear blind isn't standard. My 55 plate car doesn't have one. I'd imagine you could retro fit one, but the time, cost and effort involved in doing so is probably a waste. It'd be better just to find a car with it already fitted.

Try the parkers web-site for a list of what options is available. I never find it 100% accurate, but it's not bad.
