I put the 3 chip from my phone into the jag phone and It just keeps saying insert sim.

Question, Is there a specific chip I should use or be looking at getting another phone.

I`m not sure, but maybe it is similar to when you put a sim card into a mobile phone that is set up/locked to work with one specific network? Maybe an orange, vodafone or o2 sim might work? You can pick free sims up off the net, may be worth ordering a few different makes and trying each to see if any work. Just an idea.
