Hi all i am confused (nothing unusual ) i am going to France soon so i need to get some spare bulbs and the hand book said i have HID's but looking at bulb in unit it looks like a normal H1 but on the unit glass it has stamped into it it is saying D2S H1 how do determine the correct bulb or do i have to remove the bulb to see, Not the easiest thing to do but if i have to i will.

If you have a large black box attached to the bulb, its HID. If it's a single pin connection, then it's a standard H1.
