Cruise control

Featured Replies

Hi,

I just bought my car a few days ago and despite the fact that it's a sport (and i thought it would be fully loaded) i was disappointed to see that it doesn't have a multi-function steering wheel and therefore no cruise control.

I know that some manufacturers only make one wiring loom so regardless of options fitted the electrical connections are there. Does anyone know if that's the case here and what else I might need to do?

Thanks in advance,

Orlando

Hi Orlando,

Welcome to the forum and ownership of one of the best looking Jags out there.

You mention you have a 2001 sport version, do you know any other details of the model you have?  What about engine size?

Regards,

Dave

Yes good point. It's the 3l. It appears to be fly-by-wire too...

did you only notice these missing spec items after buying it? (I have the same car - and its a base spec in the sport compared to others - but less to go wrong!)
