Hi all,

 

I currently run a series 3 Mondeo Ghia X but am seriously considering switching to an X-Type. My budget isn't huge (around £1,500) but having looked on AutoTrader there appears to be a number that seem ok and are affordable.

 

I would like to avoid the 2.5 & 3.0 (running costs) and was wondering if there is anything in particular I should look for.
