Infotainment System Has Lost The Internet Connection

As an update, I have now fixed this part of the issue by replacing the unit under the centre arm rest that holds the SIM card (and 12v power socket & USB's).
But now I have my 4G signal back, I have still lost my live traffic info from my Sat Nav.
