Hi Guys My power steering pump is making a bit of a racket, have any of you replaced yours. Is it an akward job or not to hard for a home mechanic. I have the 2.2 diesel 07 plate. Cheers Jim

There are a few jaguar breakers on Ebay that will probably have the parts you will need. The only thing you will have to do is spray them to match the colour that you have. Jim

Hi Everyone, I'm looking to add a touch screen satnav to my car, is there anywhere I can get the proper part codes for my car by using my vin number. I have seen plenty of these units for sale second hand and just want to make sure I get the right one to install. Cheers Jim

Well got my self a cd changer to mount in the boot of my x type, it came with the fibre optic cable. But who ever removed it cut the power lead about 3 inches away from the unit, does anyone know where I could get one from. or will I have to patch in to the loom. I have had a look on ebay and the likes but it just seems to be fibre optic cables are available. You would think when removing a unit it would be easier to unplug it rather than cut the dam wires. I have a friend who suggested I should add ZX1 Extralube to my 2.2 Diesel engine to help protect it, has anyone used it or any info on this stuff. I have done a bit of searching online about it, but I don't always believe what's on there. Cheers Jim

Well first time Jag owner, although I have admired them for many years. I purchased an x type on an 07 plate with only 30k on the clock, excellent condition and with brand new MOT with no advisories. Well pleased with the ride and was looking for a bit of comfort for myself. Jim
