    XE R Sport 200 2019 (but old shape) Posh Touch pro with digital dash I know I am probably being thick but I have read the manual and can't find the answer. When I get a traffic alert through the radio is is so quiet I can't hear it. The radio itself is fine. Any bright ideas please?

    There is a Jaguar technical bulletin on this. Apparently it is to do with dirt on the sensor and the bulletin shows you how to clean it. However, my local independent specialists (EE Services Milton Keynes) say that there is a £12 kit they fit to fix the problem for good.
