    Had this exactly the same problem which Mark had with JAGUAR XF SPORTS SALOON 2013 to 2015. I removed the batteries when engine was on. And my Car lost the key memory as well. Had to reprogrammed both of my keys back to normal. But centrel Locking still doesn’t work I now have to go to the maindealers to sort it out as my car needs a maindealer machine to reset it Please do not change or reset your batteries at home nor recharge them. If you want to do it make sure your car is fully switched off. Thanks. ARHUM ADALE.
