Morning all Had the Cat replaced on my XK6 on Saturday to now also find the the two rear silences need replacing, but according to all the local auto factors on Saturday, these parts are no longer listed. Does anyone know where I can get these from? Cheers

Well, I went to my local Auto centre and they have advised the centre cat is blocking the exhaust gas...….booked in for Saturday morning so will update progress once the new Cat is on.

Good afternoon all And its with honour that I've finally purchased a XJ6 and be part of this family. She is a 1995 XJ6 Sovereign, only 90k miles and drives lovely, apart from the fact that when she is warm, nothing happens when I tried to start her, just deadly silence, no cranking, no sounds, no nothing!! When she is cold she starts on the button first time. I have noticed there is a blockage in the nearside exhaust and was wondering whether the ECu is getting a false reading from Lamba sensors (or similar) and putting a stop on it starting? I'm getting the exhaust replaced this weekend, but curious to know if I'm barking up the wrong tree or hit the nail on the head. Cheers Steve
