    If the electric function is inoperative, use the key. See if water is collected under the spare tire. If so, this will affect the electronics back there, which controls the fuel pump, IIRC. The next thing is to connect a battery charger for a few hours, preferably overnight. Not sure a low battery is the root cause, but these cars are very finicky about low voltage. Make sure the battery is topped off before starting any troubleshooting. click here
