    Gearbox Fault Warning

    I have s type have automatic diesel 2005 done 97000 miles. I had same warning twice recently when it was raining. First time I thought the gearbox was stuck in 3rd gear as revs going up to 4000 if I put my foot down. Since no problems. Should I get it checked out?
