    Coolant question

    Supermop2000 posted a topic in Jaguar XF Club
    I have a v6 3.0 supercharged petrol XF, and got a low coolant warning that intermittently pops up. Seems to go with elevation changes, which indicates the sensor is probably ok. Looking at the coolant tank, it does look quite low. My question is, does this use special coolant? Or can I mix up some water and antifreeze and top up myself?

    Greetings from Buntingford, Herts. Picked up a 2012 model XF 3.0 Supercharged Portfolio a couple of weeks ago (22,000 miles). I am absolutely loving it. Sits very nice next to the missus' Model 3 in our drive 🙂 I've been wanting a Jag for some time, and decided to go for this one over a 2015 XE R. It's got everything on it and the sound system is simply amazing. Hope to keep her in good repair for lots of miles to come!
