New battery added so now all doors except the drivers door now unlock! Why doesn’t the drivers door not unlock?

Hi folks - the central locking on my 2014 XF malfunctioned yesterday. Key fob locks all doors, only opens the boot but doesn’t open the driver and passenger doors. I’ve tried my spare and it’s the same. Any solutions here or is it a garage job? Ta

The key fob for my 2014 XF stopped working properly yesterday. It locks all doors but only opens the boot and switches lights on. Spare key is the same! Any ideas for this and a fix? Ta

I’ve had my car since new and never had an issue unlocking remotely until today. I could hear the usual clicking of the unlock but the doors wouldn’t budge. After using the key, I had no problems later in the day locking or unlocking but wonder why I had an issue first thing. It was minus 6 if that has any relevance and no the doors weren’t frozen shut! Ta
